We want you to enjoy shopping with us that is why we offer the return/exchange service easily for you. We know you will love your JessVee products but if you change your mind on a purchase or your item does not fit, we will exchange it or refund it. (Full price items only).
We have a 10-day (inclusive) return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided:
- Products were purchased at full price.
- Products are returned unworn, undamaged with original tags and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase.
We highly recommend you keep your return tracking ID for proof of delivery.
Please note, we are not responsible for merchandise returned to our online store that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred. You also must include a self pre-paid envelope for an exchange so we can post the new item(s) to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not refund for incorrect sizing; we will exchange the item for the correct size. If the stock is unavailable, you will be offered a store credit and you may select an alternative item Any additional variation in price is the customers responsibility.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
